# 作品が保存されなくなってしまった

ブラウザのストレージが一杯になったり、クッキーが無効化されている場合、\
ローカルに作品が保存されない・読み込めなくなったり、外部サービスを介したサインインに支障が生じるケースが報告されています。

このような症状が発生した場合、ローカルストレージの作品をいくつかエクスポートした上で削除するか、ai-novel.comのCookieやキャッシュを削除（[<mark style="color:green;">ユーザーwiki参照</mark>](https://wikiwiki.jp/ainove_wiki/%E3%82%88%E3%81%8F%E3%81%82%E3%82%8B%E8%B3%AA%E5%95%8F#t742fa37)）してみてください。
