# カスタマーポータルに入れない

カスタマーポータルには、アカウントページ内の［サブスクの管理］から入ることができます。

カスタマーポータルはStripeでサブスクを契約したことがある場合のみ表示されます。\
その他の支払方法及びギフトコードをご利用の場合や、フリーアカウントでは表示されません。

サインインしていないとボタンが表示されず、アクセスすることはできません。

ここで、継続中のサブスクが無い場合には次のようなクッションページに飛びます。\
［カスタマーポータルに進む］を押すと先に進むことができます。

カスタマーポータルでは利用中のサブスクの変更や確認を行うことができます。
